Cancellation and refunds
For non-prepaid bookings, please bear in mind that we are unlikely to be able to fill slots at short notice and that our costs remain the same if you do not come – we greatly appreciate you letting us know :
- As soon as you know that you are unable to make a booked slot
- Preferably at least by the previous evening if you are able.
Failure to give timely notice will incur a late cancellation fee:
- Less than four business hours notice of cancellation: 50% of your session cost
- Less than two business hours notice of cancellation: 100% of your session cost
In this context, a business hour is an hour for which Thai Touch is open – typically 9 am through 9 pm each day. For example, to give four business hours notice of a 10 am appointment, you would need to cancel by 6 pm on the previous evening.
If your experience with any of our massages is unsatisfactory to you, please let us know immediately and we will find a solution for you.
Except for Couples vouchers, each voucher is to be used by a single person in a single visit. A couples voucher is for use by a couple sharing one massage room in a single visit.
