Giveaway Rules

By submitting an entry to this Giveaway (The “Giveaway”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the rules outlined below and the decisions of Thai Touch, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. Thai Touch reserves the right to alter any rules of any Giveaway at any time.

Thai Touch is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize.

PRIZE:

The prize is a 60 minute couples massage voucher to be redeemed at Thai Touch’s Bethlehem studio (222 SH 2, Bethlehem, Tauranga 3110) by 15 March 2019. The approximate retail value of the prize is $155. The cash value of the prize cannot be redeemed. If the winner is unable to receive the prize then they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these rules from among the remaining eligible entries for the prize. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by Thai Touch.

SPONSOR:

The sponsor of this giveaway is Thai Touch Limited, 222 SH 2, Bethlehem, Tauranga 3110.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Giveaway is open to any New Zealand permanent resident / citizen 21 years or older living in New Zealand at the time of entry.  No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

GOVERNING LAW:

The Giveaway is governed by New Zealand law. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to The Giveaway shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Tauranga, New Zealand.

PRIVACY:

Information you provide to participate in The Giveaway is subject to Thai Touch’s privacy policy located at https://thaitouch.co.nz/terms-conditions/. Thai Touch will use the personal information collected from you in the course of The Giveaway to manage The Giveaway and as otherwise permitted in accordance with Thai Touch’s Privacy Policy. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Thai Touch’s privacy policy.

By entering The Giveaway, you agree to receive emails from Thai Touch. Your information will never be sold to anyone. You can unsubscribe from thaitouch.co.nz by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email message sent to you by Thai Touch.

ENTRY:

To enter The Giveaway, complete and submit the online entry form as per the on-screen instructions (“Primary Entry”). You can earn an Additional Entry in The Giveaway when you send The Giveaway page to a friend, age 21 or older, by following the Additional Entry instructions on the screen (“Additional Entry”). The friend must enter The Giveaway through your referral for you to secure an additional entry. All entries must be received by 25 November 2018 (“Giveaway Entry Period”).

Participating entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and release, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Giveaway, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use or misuse of prize.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway.

You will be disqualified if you do not comply with these giveaway rules. Thai Touch reserves the right to cancel The Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus, bot or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct The Giveaway), and to select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

ODDS:

Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received during The Giveaway Entry Period.

THE WINNER:

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about 26 November by a representative from Thai Touch Limited whose decisions are final.

The Winner is responsible for paying all sales and income taxes. The winner will be notified by email and, at the judges’ discretion, will be required to confirm by email within seven days of notification their:

• Acceptance of the prize
• Agreement for their name, the prize won, their hometown and likeness to be published on the Thai Touch website and Facebook page and any other social media channels used by Thai Touch without further compensation.

The prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected if:

• The winner fails to provide such confirmation within seven days or
• The winner cannot be contacted or
• The winner is not in compliance with the rules of The Giveaway.
